MAKE ROOM

Making room for what God wants to do next.

An Opportunity to Invest in Our Community

God has been faithful to Calvary. We've watched lives change, families grow, people come to faith in Jesus, and opportunities for ministry increase.

Now, five acres directly beside our church are available for purchase. This is an opportunity to prepare for future ministry and create room for the people and families we have yet to reach.

Our Vision for the Next Chapter

Our vision is to make the most of the property God has entrusted to Calvary, both inside and outside our buildings. By bringing our existing three acres together with the five acres next door, we have an opportunity to create a campus that serves our church and community for generations to come. Our hope is to provide a place where people can gather, grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and experience the love of Christ throughout the week, not just on Sundays.

Outside, we envision a welcoming space where ministry and community come together. With additional room for parking, landscaped green spaces, a playground, multi-use recreation and activity areas, walking paths, outdoor gathering spaces, and room for future expansion, the property could become a place for families to connect, children to play, students to gather, and our church family to serve. These spaces could provide opportunities for church picnics, community events, outdoor worship, family activities, youth gatherings, and everyday conversations that build relationships. We want our campus to be a place where people feel welcome, where families can spend time together, and where our community has opportunities to connect in meaningful ways.

Inside our existing and future facilities, we want to create spaces that help people take their next step in following Jesus. Our vision includes welcoming gathering areas, dedicated children's and student ministry spaces, classrooms for Bible studies and discipleship, rooms for leadership development and ministry training, hospitality and refreshment areas, and flexible spaces that can adapt as our needs grow. Every space would have a purpose: helping people learn God's Word, develop healthy relationships, serve others, and grow in their faith. As our church family grows, additional property would give us room to plan wisely for the facilities and ministries needed to serve future generations.

Ultimately, this is about much more than owning additional property. It's about preparing for the people we haven't reached yet. It's about making room for families looking for a church home, children who need to hear the gospel, students who are discovering who God has called them to be, and people who need a community to walk alongside them through life. We don't know exactly what every part of the property will become, and we don't expect everything to happen at once. But we believe securing these five acres is an important opportunity to prepare for future ministry, steward what God has given us, and continue making a difference in Weatherford and Parker County for years to come.

The land is the opportunity. People are the purpose. Let's make room for what's next.
